Nightmare of a company!!! Only use Prospect Hill Plumbing if you want to pay for headache and even more problems. First, their employees can be belittling, rude, and seemingly downright mentally unstable. The owners offered us one "solution" to the problem we called them to address, and their main plumber who was on the job had another idea about what should be done, which was communicated in sarcasm and confusing babble about "who is right and who is wrong" (within the company!) ...We went with the owner's solution, since he seemed the more level-headed of the two, which ended up being the wrong solution, and resulted in our sewage dripping into our downstairs neighbor's kitchen. Prospect Hill Plumbing refuses to admit their fault, consistently puts the problem our "our pipes", and will not refund us for labor. They would not even hint at taking responsibility for the job even though we've had other plumbers now look at it and assess that the 'fix' Prospect Plumbing attempted was deeply flawed and was the source of our sewage ending up in our neighbor's kitchen. Stay clear of this company.
